This policy applies to the Populse subscription, operated by Subramani Shanmugam, sole proprietor (Udyam Registration UDYAM-TN-28-0207572), based in Tamil Nadu, India. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Populse offers a single paid plan, Populse — ₹499 per year, processed securely through Razorpay. This is a one-time annual charge that does not auto-renew. You will not be charged again automatically; your paid features simply lapse at the end of the paid year unless you choose to renew.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment. Email subukas@zohomail.in from your registered account, and we will refund the full ₹499 to your original payment method — typically within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or card provider's processing time.
Refund requests made after the first 7 days are considered on a reasonable, case-by-case basis in line with Indian consumer protection law. We will always try to be fair.
Because the plan is a one-time annual purchase and does not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel — your access simply ends at the close of the paid year. You will never receive a surprise renewal charge.
